Home Health Aides (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Wareham, West Wareham area to assist with our geriatric client who is in need of support.


Shifts Available:
Tuesday and Thursday:
11am-3pm or 12pm-4pm


Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
