Plant Support Specialist - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)
About the Role
As a Plant Support Specialist, youll be the backbone of our daily operations. This role is all about keeping things running smoothlyfrom managing cardboard and waste to maintaining a clean, safe environment across the production floor and warehouse. Its physical, fast-paced, and essential.
Youll be moving between tasks and locations throughout the plant, sometimes helping with production, other times handling sanitation or waste. If youre someone who likes to stay active, can take ownership of your space, and thrives in a supportive, team-first environmentthis role is made for you.

What Youll Do
*Keep plant and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
*Operate cardboard balers and prep bales for pickup
*Manage waste and empty/clean trash cans across the plant (breakrooms, restrooms, labs, and more)
*Handle spillssauce, glass, and debrisquickly and thoroughly
*Support production lines with tasks like hand-packing, relabeling, or pallet cleanup
*Restack pallets, stage food waste drums, and organize warehouse inventory
*Assist in the cooling tunnel and support manual checks if automated equipment fails
*Step in during breaks to relieve temporary workers and keep production on track
*Jump in where needed to ensure the plant stays safe, clean, and productive
