Senior Resilience Consultant (Finance)

Chubb Resilience Services provides industry-leading risk mitigation strategies for property owners navigating climate-related challenges. Rooted in our expertise in risk management and engineering and our advanced modeling capabilities, we help businesses, homeowners and communities safeguard and enhance their investments, both now and in the future.

As a Lead in Chubb's Resilience Services practice, you will play a key role in delivering our client engagements and developing our technical solutions in line with our core business. You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering climate risk & resilience services to our commercial, community and personal lines clients, working closely with leadership and colleagues in other divisions to ensure products and services are executed in-line with our overarching vision.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for climate risk & resilience with a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• Drive proposal development by tailoring methodologies and competitive pricing strategies for clients
• Leverage expertise to enhance existing solutions and methodologies while identifying future growth opportunities
• Proactively engage in client consultation, providing insights to address client needs and enhance relationships
• Take responsibility for the successful execution of project components, including data analysis, client communications, and the delivery of high-quality reports and outputs.
• Contribute to thought leadership, to position Chubb Resilience Services as a market leader
• Develop internal and external marketing materials to promote our services and capabilities both internally and externally.
