Team Summary: Within NOA's Publisher & Developer Relations (PDR) department, this bilingual Japanese position handles various inquiries from Nintendo Co Ltd (NCL) in Japan as well as our publishers and other departments. This includes monthly royalty payments for our publishers, various other accounts and projects, as well as preparing and facilitating video conferences with NCL in Japanese.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Administer and help improving multiple 3rd Party business tools and system for Publisher Account Management (e.g. NDP, SST, DRT.)

• Manage the onboarding process for new publishers and ensure accounts are in good standing.

• Track status, support communication between publishers and Nintendo (including NCL) for various agreements/contracts (e.g. Digital/Package Publisher License, Distribution, Amendment.)

• Work with internal departments including NCL to set up, maintain and manage payee accounts for monthly global payment. Handle monthly regional payment process for Distribution & Royalty payments (e.g. send statement, prepare invoice/check request.)

• Respond various inquiries come to Thirdpartypublisher@noa.nintendo.com. Respond via Jira/Confluence for various internal inquires.

• Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings with NCL, IT and Legal teams.

• Analyze and resolve publisher account issues.

• Support continuous process improvement for system and process optimization to increase productivity.

• Work with publishers and internal teams to coordinate operation tasks such as IP transfer and content removal.

• Translate and interpret written and verbal communication among NCL, NOA and our publishers

• Ensure compliance with Nintendo of America Inc. (NOA) policies and procedures. Apply
