Responsibilities and Duties
Assemble temperature sensors, automated valve packages, and other products with precision and efficiencyFollow SOPs and meet quality standards to ensure product reliabilityCollaborate with the Operations team to meet daily production goalsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to product assemblyPrioritize tasks to meet deadlines, showcasing your sense of urgencyMaintain accurate inventory recordsAbility to use basic hand tools (ie. wrenches, screwdrivers, etc)Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematicsAbility to learn tube bending and proper use of compression fittingsAbility to use a multimeter
Qualifications and Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitudeExperience with electrical assembly and wiringProficiency in using power tools and hand toolsFamiliarity with machining equipment, such as lathes or millsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsKnowledge of measurement tools, such as calipers, for precise assemblyAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyStrong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot assembly issues
