The Role:
As a Customer Engagement & E-Commerce Coordinator, you will contribute to our Guest Relations Team to help address Guest complaints, as well as lead our Social Media and E-Commerce channels. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

· Digital Channels and Technology Management
Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, feedback from cross functional partners, and site feature/functionality enhancement.

· Digital Marketing Plan Execution
Provide analytical support to evaluate brand and top-of-funnel campaigns.

· Resolving Customer Issues
Respond to basic issue escalations promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required.

· Customer Feedback Analysis
Perform a specified range of analyses of customer feedback data.

· Customer Needs/Experience Research
Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.

· Customer Experiences Implementation
Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.

· Social Listening and Engagement
Monitoring online conversations across various social media platforms to understand what people are saying about Earthbar, the broader health and wellness industry, and key competitors. Leverage insights to actively participate in these conversations in a meaningful and authentic way, thereby building community and enhancing brand reputation.

· Influencer Relations
Identifying, building relationships with, and collaborating with individuals who have a significant following and credibility in health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle spaces. This person helps to increase brand awareness for Earthbar/Beaming, drives engagement and trust, leverages user-generated content and ultimately helps to drive sales of Earthbar/Beaming products both in store and online.

· External Communications
Use the external communications system to access and supply specific information.

· Industry Awareness and External Network
Support execution of market research to help identify innovative industry trends, disrupters, and new market spaces for emerging or new market opportunities.

Below are some of the qualifications we believe can help a candidate WIN at Earthbar:
· At least 2 years' experience working in Guest Relations or Social Media function
· Industry Experience is strongly preferred
· Passionate about Health & Wellness
· Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
· The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

How You Win: Compensation, Benefits & Perks
Base Pay: $50,000 - $75,000
Bonus Eligible: This role is eligible for store performance-based bonuses distributed quarterly.
