Product Support Engineer - Sensing Solutions (Finance)

Honeywell is looking for a Product Support/Application Engineer II to join our global Technical Support organization. In this role, you'll apply your engineering expertise to support customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and contribute to product improvements, while delivering exceptional customer experience.

U.S. Person Requirements:
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 3+ years of experience in industrial, healthcare, aerospace, or transportation sectors, with a focus on supporting mechanical or electrical products (design, deployment, or servicing).
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role providing technical support and product troubleshooting.

WE VALUE:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Mechanical, Electronics or Automation.
• Experience in project management and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in product design and strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Experience in CRM, ERP and/or PLM tools such as Salesforce, SAP or Teamcenter.• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure effective resolution.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of recurring technical issues and provide actionable feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.
• Deliver product training and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand product features and functionality.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and timely support.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation to enable customer self-service.About Us
