IT Project Manager (Finance)



Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within Badger's IT environment to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the PM will identify the appropriate project teams and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leads project teams to create and manages Oracle Cloud Applications projects.
  • Manages Scope, Cost, and Schedule for Badger IT projects.
  • Crafts and delivers change management (OCM) strategies and plans.
  • Coordinates and manages cross functional solution dependencies across multiple IT and business teams at Badger.
  • Assists in defining and subsequently continuously improving Badger's project management processes and competencies.
  • Adopts and champions roll out of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
  • Leads the adoption of agile mindset and eventually methodologies by project teams.
  • Collaborates on training development and delivery.

What We Are Looking For
  • Education bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field, or a combination of education and/or work experience
  • 10+ years of related business and/or IT experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • ScrumAlliance or other Agile certifications valued.
  • Expert level presentation crafting and delivery skills.
  • Innate strength in crafting message to suit the receiving party.
