Concessions Attendant (Personal Services)

Ascension St. John Sportsplex is currently accepting applications for Concessions Attendants. The Concessions Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding guest service, receiving and processing payments, serving food and beverage items in a timely manner, as well as preparing and cooking food in a timely manner according to menu standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate cash register and Point of Sale (POS) SystemEngage with members and guests to include greeting customersProvide excellent service, build rapport with guests and respond quickly to requestsBuild rapport with members and guestsUpsell food and beverage itemsServe food and beverage items in a timely mannerOpen, close, clean, and maintain concessions areasOrganize, stock and control inventoryPerform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned by supervisory personnel (F&B Manager, Manager on Duty, etc.) and/or the General Manager.
