Product Manager, Matrix GPO, Evernorth - Remote (Finance)



SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and rebate programs specialist to join our team. This role will serve as the main point of contact for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sales engagement, and the management of the Matrix GPO customer-facing inbox. The ideal candidate will also manage rebate-related activities, develop quarterly newsletters, maintain program trackers, and support the implementation of new vendors and service offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales SME

  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer QBRs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Sales Rep engagement, including weekly sales meetings for all teams.
  • Build out and manage the Welcome Package for new members.
  • Drive content on social media platforms.
  • Manage the Matrix customer-facing inbox.
  • Handle contract administration and sales engagement for all new Matrix members.
  • Engage strategically with teams for large customer onboarding initiatives.
  • Conduct weekly sales team meetings.
  • Provide sales training on new programs.
  • Deliver weekly sales updates.
  • Attend trade shows to represent the company.

Rebates

  • Engage in sales training.
  • Represent Matrix at all segment team meetings and the Friday All Call as the Matrix SME.
  • Resolve sales issues.
  • Triage and engage with customers.
  • Redesign and maintain the Matrix program tracker to be utilized across teams.

SME Service Portfolio

  • Implement new vendors, including marketing collaboration, sales engagement, and management of sales incentive plans.
  • Identify and vet new service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage redlines.
  • Develop job aids to assist in onboarding new customers.
  • Create internal customer tracking tools.
  • Assist in sales training and customer awareness.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute a quarterly Matrix newsletter.
  • Manage the program tracker for all new and updated agreements.
  • Maintain the SharePoint site and all sales-facing documents.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or rebate program management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Group Purchasing Organization experience preferred.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,800 - 154,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
