Assistant Director Training and Support (Finance)
This role also serves as the primary coordinator and liaison between USF faculty subject matter experts and the Digital Learning Training and Support team, which supports the design and development of the training at scale to the university.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a proven track record of coordinating large-scale faculty development initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate degree in in the field of training, education, and/or related disciplines and 3 years experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Create, manage, and evaluate targeted faculty and instructional training programs designed to enhance skills, promote engagement, and contribute to overall faculty and student success.
• Facilitate, manage, and evaluate impact-driven workshops and events that provide opportunities for faculty to connect, share experiences, and develop key teaching and digital learning competencies to improve student learning outcomes.
• Evaluate initiatives, based on structured feedback and data analysis to ensure the highest level of measurable impact.
• Collaborate with USF colleges and departments to assess the evolving needs of faculty and develop solutions that directly contribute to faculty and student success.
• Work with Provost office to advance faculty development priorities, partnering with SMEs from the colleges with support from Digital Learning staff.
