Independent Contractor Dispatcher (Finance)

Seeking a Dispatcher that is primarily focused on dispatching loads to Independent Contractors.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with the internal departments to obtain load assignments for Independent ContractorsCoordinate the pick up and delivery of loads using assigned Independent Contractors in compliance with the hours of service regulations.Confirm load completion and update dispatch related databases and spreadsheets in a timely manner to prevent delays in container deliveries and payment for deliveries.Monitor and track assigned Independent Contractors; know the location and status of drivers.Track and log complaints, concerns, service failures, counseling and feedback in vendor/driver profile database.

Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM or As Scheduled
Pay: $45,000 (Annualized) + Potential Monthly Bonus

Requirements:
Must have a minimum of one year logistics, supply chain, transportation, or trucking experience.Must possess basic computer skills and experience with MS excel.Must be bilingual in Spanish.
